When approaching the project, I was given the music, and told to come up with a way to illustrate longing in a distant place. The title of the image is also the title of the song with which I drew the most inspiration.

Wow, D you finally finish..How long did this take you brother, the background must have taken you a while and used up alot of ink..The planet behind has such a great texture and has an organic feeling..Another great piece and great discipline..

This, and your entire gallery haha, is nothing short of ... I hate this word, it's over-used, but AMAZING. I just cannot fathom that a human hand can construct such subjects of detail. More than that, the title and picture imply meaning. I just love it. The FAVE says it all huh *wink* take care :)
